MY APPROACH

As a therapist, I am committed to providing therapy that is both  compassionate and practical. I listen to my clients with an accepting, empathetic and nonjudgmental style to facilitate whatever healing or help they seek. Some people seek therapy to address a concrete issue; others come out of a more abstract sense that something in their lives could be different or more fulfilling. I want to help my clients explore their hopes and fears, and work together to take the necessary steps to develop richer, more rewarding lives.
